Lake Winnipeg

Walleye Fishing Gull Harbour resort Hecla, MB

Starting May 18,2026

Trip Cost: $700 per day

6 Hours of fishing approx 8AM-2PM (hours can be determined.) Can do longer day on request.

Angers: 1-4 per boat

Location: Hecla Island, Manitoba

We have partnered with Gull Harbour Resort for the season so we are able to build a full day trip and incorporate lunch at the resort that offers a nice break in the day.

Hecla is one of the best walleye fisheries of the world. Walleye is typically caught all summer long with a very active bite in spring and late fall. During the active bite it is typical to land 100 walleye in the boat. This area will likely be your best chance at landing a World class Walleye over 30″. Optimal time to book is mid May until the end of June and starting again in October. We are experienced guides in this area and many of our trips are returning customers.

Lake Winnipeg is a massive body of water that produces some world class walleye Fishing. Weather plays a major factor so groups are reminded trips may be cancelled or cut short if weather conditions are poor. Safety is our number one goal.

We also offer evening fishing trip in July and August 5-9PM. Off the at 8:30PM Guide will fillet fish. $375.00 group 1-4 Anglers
